Jordan Young, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults. She has experience working in pediatric primary care, school settings, and community mental health programs, supporting individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, and challenges with emotional regulation. Jordan believes that meaningful care begins with listening and understanding each person’s unique experiences. She takes a collaborative and patient-centered approach to treatment, combining medication management with supportive therapy and practical coping strategies that can be used in everyday life. She works closely with families, therapists, and primary care providers to ensure that care is thoughtful, coordinated, and focused on long term wellbeing. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable being themselves, asking questions, and taking an active role in their mental health. She strives to help each patient feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward a healthier and more balanced life.
