This plan may include psychotherapy, medication management or both. I believe that mental health treatment should be pragmatic, evidence-based and collaborative<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treatment approach<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>My style in working with patients is eclectic and largely draws from principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
