I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. My practice focuses on routine outpatient treatment of conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and other common mental health concerns. My approach is straightforward and collaborative. I believe patients should feel heard, understand their treatment options, and feel comfortable asking questions and participating in decisions about their care. I am available through Empire on Fridays and primarily work with patients whose needs can be well supported through routine outpatient medication management and regularly scheduled follow-up. Because my availability is limited to one day per week, patients who need frequent appointments, significant support between visits, crisis management, or a higher level of care may be better supported by a provider with greater availability. I look forward to getting to know you and working together toward your treatment goals.
